Heirs or Succeſſors, and the other Moiety to him, her,
or them who ſhall diſcover, inform, or ſue for the ſame.

XLIII. Provided always, and be it further enacted,
That no Perſon who ſhall be ſued or proſecuted for any No Perſon to
