"and atteſted as aforesaid." And by the said last recited In-
denture or Deed of Feofment it was further declared and
agreed that if the said James Duke of Atholl should
at any time thereafter during his Life be minded to
determine the Estate and Interest of them the said
Archibald Duke of Argyle David Lord Viscount
Stormont and John Sharpe and the Survivors
of them thereby granted and to be again re-instat-
ed in the Isle Castle Peel Lordships and Territory
of Man and other the premises that then the said
Trustees and the Survivors of them their Nominees
and Assigns should at any time during the life of
the said Duke and at his Request re-enfeoff the
said Duke and his heirs of and in the said Isle and
other the premises or otherwise reconvey the same to
him as he should devise or require To the End he might
again become seized thereof and repossess the same
as in his first and former Estate as by the said
in part recited Indentures or deeds of Feofment
Relation being thereunto respectively had may
appear And whereas the said
Archibald Duke of Argyle and John Sharpe
are both since dead, and the said David Lord
Viscount Stormont is become the surviving Feoffee
and Trustee in the said last recited Indenture
of Feofment and whereas no Sale
hath been made to his late or present Majesty of the
said Isle and Territory of Man and Hereditaments
and other the premises or any part thereof
