become seized thereof and repoſseſs the same as
in his first and former Estate Any thing herein
before contained to the contrary thereof in any
wise notwithstanding **And whereas**
by Indenture tripartite of Assignment bearing
date on or about the fifth day of April which
was in the year of our Lord One thousand seven
