be so enfeoffed thereof should immediately reenfeoff the
Survivors and Survivor of them the said Archibald
Duke of Argyle David Lord Viscount Stormont
and John Sharpe jointly with the Person & Persons
to be so elected and nominated as aforesaid and

wise convey the same to them To Hold to
such Survivors and Survivor and to such Nominee
and Nominees and their Heirs upon the several Trusts

to the several Trusts aforesaid stand seized thereof

of electing from time to time and enfeoffing
new Trustees as any of the said Trustees to be so
elected and the Survivors and Survivor of the
former Trustees should dye And it was declared
that the Number of Trustees and Feoffees should
never thereafter exceed three persons together
at any one time Nor should the Trustees for
the Time being ever willingly continue
