bearing date the said sixth day of April one thousand
seven hundred and fifty six were afterwards so
granted and enfeoffed to the said Archibded Duke
of Argyle, David Lord viscount Stormont and John
Sharpe upon the Trusts aforesaid To hold to the
said George Wade his executors administrators
and Assigns for a term of five hundred years from
thence next ensuing redeemable on payment of
the Sum of twelve thousand pounds and Interest
in such manner as therein mentioned And
further reciting a certain other Indenture bearing
date the twenty fourth day of November one thousand
seven hundred and fifty two made between George
and John Wade Esquires the Executors of the said
George Wade who was then dead of the first
part, the said James Duke of Atholl of the
second part, the said John Sharpe of the third
part, whereby after Notice taken of the death
of the said George Wade and that the said Sum
of twelve thousand pounds and all Interest
due thereon had been repaid by the said Duke
to the said Executors of the said George Wade
the said George Wade and John Wade the Exe-
cutors of the said George Wade deceased by the
direction of the said James Duke of Atholl
testified as therein mentioned assigned and
transferred all the said Isle Castle Peel and
Lordships of Man and other the Premises
with the Appurtenances to the said John
Sharpe
