19. below the number of three persons for above the Space of
three calendar Months And in the said Indenture there
is contained a power to the said James Duke of Atholl
to appoint any sum to be raised out of the said Isle and
premises by Mortgage or Demise for the payment of debts
or the performance of his Will or otherwise With a general
power to the said James Duke of Atholl at any time
during his life to grant demise or appoint the said Isle
and premises or any part thereof in such manner as
therein mentioned And there is also a further Proviso
in the words or to the Effect following that is to say

"tested by the like number of Witnesses to revoke alter
"vary determine repeal or make void in all or in part
"all and every or any of the Trusts Directions Decla-
"rations and Agreements herein before contained for
"concerning all or any part of the said Isle Castle Peel
"Lordship and Territories of Man and of all and singular
"other the said trusted premises and of or concerning the
"Money or other equivalent to arise by Sale thereof and
"of for touching or concerning any other Matters herein
