and the executors and Administrators of such
Survivor paid applied and disposed of for
the uses Intents and Purposes expressed and
contained in the said Indenture dated the
sixth day of April one thousand seven hun-
dred and fifty six the said Island Castles Peele
and Lordship of Man and all the Appurtenan-
ces thereof except as therein excepted should be
and the same were thereby unalienably
vested in his majesty his heirs and Successors
but that the Lands which should be purchased
with the said sum of seventy thousand pounds
or any part thereof pursuant to the Trusts
of the said Indenture of the sixth day of April
one thousand seven hundred and fifty six
should continue subject to the same Estates
Interests Rights Titles Claims and Demands
and no other as any person or persons had
or enjoyed at the time of passing the said
Act into or out of the said Island and Pre-
mises or any part thereof or could or ought
to have had or enjoyed if the said Act had ne-
ver been made And whereas
the said Sum of seventy thousand pounds
was paid into the Bank in the names of
the said duke and duchess of Atholl Sir
Charles Frederick and Edmund Hoskins
on the seventeenth day of May last by
the Lords Commissioners of his Majestys
