late Earl of Dunmore, William Murray now Lord Mans-
field and John Murray were from thenceforth to stand
seized of the said Isle and premises upon such further
or other Trusts accordingly And Whereas
by a certain other Indenture bearing date the fourth
day of May in the year of our Lord One thousand
seven hundred and forty eight and made between
the said James Duke of Athole of the one part
and the said John late Earl of Dunmore, William
now Lord Mansfield and John Murray of the
other part Reciting the said recited Indenture dated
the fourteenth day of November one thousand
seven hundred and thirty seven the said James
Duke of Athole in pursuance of the power vested
in him by the said first recited Indenture did revoke
all and every the Trusts Directions Declarations and
Agreements in the said recited Indenture contained
of or concerning the said Isle and all and singular
other the premises (except as therein excepted) so far
as related to the sum of twelve thousand pounds
therein mentioned to have been due and owing
to the Right Honourable George Wade since deceased
and to a certain Indenture of Demise therein men-
tioned to bear date the twenty first day of August
in the year one thousand seven hundred and forty
and to have been made of the same premises for
the Term of five hundred Years from thence next
ensuing for securing the same but no further
or otherwise And the said James Duke of
