S R,—Wee have received yor letter of the third of Decemb. w th the papers enclosed of the goods in the Isle of Man like to be prize, as we have done other letters from you since the takeinge of that place. All w ch letters are referred to consideration, and though you have yet had no returnes yet it hath beene under consultation to settle an establishment and prepare all things necessary for that place, of w ch you will speedily have the particulars, this being only to lett you know that your service in reducing that Island is acceptable to the Councell, and for w ch wee returne our hearty thanks.
