with the Rights Royalties Members Dependencies Regalities
Jurisdictions and Appurtenances thereof And all the then

the Fryers Minors commonly called Gray Fryers of By-
maken alias Brymahen and of every of them with
their and every of their Rights Members & Appurtenances
in or within the said Isle of Man and the houses Scites
and Circuits then or sometime to the said Monastery and
priory of Rushen and Douglas and Fryers Minors every
or any of them with all their Appurtenances in or within
the said Isle of Man belonging and sometime being
parcel of the Poſseſsions thereof And all those Rectories &
Churches of Kirk Christ in Shelding and Kirklovan
with their Appurtenances whatsoever in the said Isle of
Man sometime to the Monastery of Rushen belonging or
Appertaining and parcel of the Poſseſsions thereof
sometime being And all Islands Lordships Peeles
Forts and Castles Monastrys Abbacies Priories Nunneries
Manors Farms Mesuages Lands Tenements & Heredi-
taments whatsoever to the said Isle of Man belong-
ing or within the same or the Territories or Appurte-
nances thereof Situate Lying & being With all and sin-
gular their Rights Royalties Members Dependances
Regalities Jurisdictions and Appurtenances And the
Patronage of the Bishoprick of the Isle of Man and
of the Bishoprick of Sodor and Man And also
the Temporalities of the Bishoprick of the said Isle
of
