Hon^ble Sirs

On Our Arrival at this Port, We prepared
to shew an Immediate and punctual
obedience to your Order of the 11^th Instant
directing Us to make a strict enquiry relative
to the Buss Lady Catherine, Jacob Boogaardt
Master which delivered a Cargo of Tea at
the Isle of Man, proceeded to this Port and
exported from hence Sugar and other Goods
for Rotterdam without Molestation or
Seizure, notwithstanding it was well known
that she had landed Tea at that Island

By recourse to the proper Books
We find that this Ship Reported Inwards
from the Isle of Man in Ballast only, the
10^th of April last, and cleared Outwards
with refined and Muscovado Sugars, and
Pimento for Rotterdam the 25^th of the same
Month.

By Our Examination of the several
Officers who had the proper Inspection and
Cognizance of the Proceedings of this Vessel
