Inheritance Sufficiently Inabled to make this present Lease
and Demise, And that hee the said ~~Earle~~ Robert Calcott
his Heyres and Assignes according to the true meaning
of these presents under the Rents and Services before herein
reserved from time to time and at all times hereafter
(during the said terme and Estate herby Granted) shall
and may quietly and peaceably have hould & Enjoy
the said Grounds Inclosures Millne & premisses with
Thappurtenances without the Lett Suit trouble
molestation Interruption Eviction clayme or disturbance
of the said Earle or his Heyres or of any other person or
persons whatsoever — And Lastly for full and due
Execution of these presents to have force and effect according
to the true meaning hereof the said Earle hath constituted and
Ordaynd and in his place & stead appointed, and by these
presents doth constitute ordayne make and in his place and
stead appoynt Henry Nowell Esq^r Deputy Govern^r Richard
Stevenson Receiv^r Generall Richard Tyldesley Comptroll^r
all of them Officers for the said Earle within the afores^d
Island of Mann his true and lawfull Attorney or
Attorneys Jointly or Severally for his and in his name
into the said Severall Grounds Inclosures Millne Close or
Croft hereditaments and premisses or into any pte or
parcell thereof for and in the name of the whole to Enter and
possession & Seizen thereof therein or of or in any pte or parcell
thereof for & in the name of the whole to give & deliver
unto the said Robert Calcott (or Richard Calcott his Attorney
or to any other certaine Attorney or Attorneys Heyres or Assignes
