the said recited Indenture of the sixth day of A-
pril one thousand seven hundred and fifty six
and of the conveyance made by the said John
Duke of Atholl and of the Settlement to be made
by the said Sir Charles Frederick and Edmund
Hoskins or the Survivor of them or the heirs
of such Survivor or of any or other of such deeds
or writings of from and against the said Bond
and all payments Suits Costs Charges Damages
Expences Claims and Demands whatsoever
under or by virtue of the same or in any wise
relating thereto And that they said Sir Charles
Frederick and Edmund Hoskins or the
Survivor of them or the Executors or Admi-
nistrators of such Survivor shall and will
at any time or times sell and dispose of the
same East India Bonds last mentioned or
any part thereof and pay and apply the money
to arise thereby and the Interest in the mean
time to arise from or in respect of the same
East India Bonds or any part thereof in
such manner as shall be requisite and necessary
for effecting such Indemnity And from and
immediately after such time as the said
John Duke of Atholl his heirs Executors or
Administrators shall have produced and
shewn to the said Sir Charles Frederick and
Edmund Hoskins or the Survivor of them
or the Executors or Administrators of such
Survivor
