MR. Chancellor of the Exchequer pre-
ſented to the Houſe (according to
Order) a Bill for more effectually preventing
the Miſchiefs ariſing to the Revenue and
Commerce of *Great Britain* and *Ireland* from
the illicit and clandeſtine Trade to and from
the Iſle of Man; and the ſame was received,
and read the firſt Time, and ordered to be read
a ſecond Time: And
