in the said parish of KK Braddan due and of Right belonging
to the s^d Millne with all profits priviledges Comodities and
Hereditaments whatsoever, with all and every their
appurtenances unto the said Severall Grounds Inclosures
Millne Close or Croft premifes or to any of them lying belonging
or appertaineing or to or with the same or any of them
heretofore occupied used demised or Injoyed or accepted reputed
had or taken to be as part parcell or belonging to the said
premifes or any of them in any wise To have and to hould
all and every the said Grounds Inclosures Millne Close or Croft
hereditaments and premifes with their and every of their
appurtenances unto the said Robert Calcott his heires & Assignes
for and during the lives and life naturall of Richard Calcott
Brother of the said Robert Calcott & of Alice the Wife of the said
Robert Calcott and of Silvester Radcliffe Sonne of Thomas Radcliffe
of Knockalloe within the said Isle, and for and during the
naturall life of the Longest liver of them Yeelding & paying
therefore Yearly (during the said terme) unto the said Earle
his Heires or Assignes the aforesaid Annuall Rents amounting
to Eight pounds of Lawfull English Money att the usuall days
of payment or Rent Days in the said Island usually
